We are academics who study experiences at work, before, during, and after employment. We met in graduate school at The Ohio State University and remained connected as we became professors at different universities. We found value working together as alumni of the same institution, and started researching how organizations could experience that value as well.

Since then, we’ve published several refereed journal articles and continue to conduct research on the employee experience. We’ve shared our findings with companies and have consulted on improving entry, employee, and exit experiences in organizations around the world.
